How to install signature on iPhone/iPad?

Note: Make sure you are using either Google Chrome or Firefox during the installation process.

Then, create your email signature on and follow these simple steps to install it on your iPhone/iPad.

Step 1.

After you finish creating your email signature, Save it and go to your Dashboard.

Click on 3 dots and then click the Send button.

Step 2.

Specify email address and click Send.

Step 3.

Please open the email on your iPhone/iPad with a Mail app, tap on the installation link and open it in Chrome or Mozilla browser. Next, scroll down the page to see your signature and click on Copy to clipboard button.

Or, if you have saved your signature priorly, open the signature preview link on your iPhone/iPad.

Tap on Copy to clipboard button.

Step 4.

Go to iPhone/iPad Settings.

Step 5.

Swipe down and tap Mail.

Step 6.

Swipe down and select Signature.

Step 7.

Tap and hold the signature box and Paste your signature (it can be the same for all accounts or per account).

Step 8.

It is important to Shake the iPhone/iPad right physically after pasting the signature, then select Undo

Note: If the Undo option doesn't appear after you shake the phone, go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Shake To Undo > On.

Step 9.

Close the signature settings window regardless of how the signature looks on the preview, as sometimes it may look disrupted. 

Step 10.

Compose a new email to see your new email signature in action.

Note: If you have an iPhone and an iPad, you’ll need to set up signatures on both devices as they don’t sync automatically.

Congratulations! Now you will see your new signature in every email you send with iPhone/iPad.
