Are you looking for how to copy the design from an already created signature to a new one? Our Duplicate feature will save you time and help you create a new signature with a similar design you already have.

Before using this feature, please ensure you have a 3+ users plan.

Next, you can open Dashboard. Hover over the signature you want to copy the design from, click More options (three dots), then click Duplicate button.

After the signature is duplicated, you will see it marked as "Duplicated" for a few seconds. In parallel, in the right-hand corner of the page, you will see a system message: "The signature "[signature name]" has been successfully cloned".

That's it! You will see the duplicated signature on the dashboard and be able to edit it.
