After you purchase a MySignature subscription plan, you have a recurring quarterly/yearly subscription and payment set up. After 1 quarter/year expires from the purchase date, your subscription plan will be renewed automatically.

The payment service sends a reminder by email 7 days before the automatic subscription renewal. Kindly see the sample reminder about your subscription renewal below:

​Note: The email reminders will be sent to the email address you specified with Paddle at the subscription time.

To cancel your recurring payment and further subscription renewals, you must cancel your recurring subscription. After cancellation, your current subscription will remain active until the date it expires.
