1. Will I get lifetime access to MySignature?
Yes, you will get lifetime access to the MySignature service. A big bonus is that customers will receive all future updates to the PRO Plus (Tiers 1 and 2) and Agencies Hub / Reseller (Tier 3) Plans.
(E.g., if MySignature team releases additional features under the above plan, all Sumo-lings will receive those features for free.)

2. Will I get full access to the features that MySignature ever offers?
Yes, you will get full access to the features that MySignature offers.

3. What is the main difference between Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3?
Tier 1 and Tier 2 are generated for personal usage so that you can create signatures for yourself or your company.
Tier 3 is developed for resellers/agencies which mainly look for a solution for their clients.

4. Does the tracker feature in Tier 1 and Tier 2 work in browsers other than Chrome and email services other than Gmail?

No, the tracker works in the Chrome browser and can be installed for Gmail only.


5. Does Tier 3 (Agency Hub) includes email opens and clicks tracking?
Clients on the Agency Hub plan cannot access email opens and clicks tracking, but they can create and manage signatures in the Companies' dashboards.

6. Do the signatures activated with Tier 1 and Tier 2 include branding from MySignature?
Email signatures activated with Tier 1 and Tier 2 don't include the MySignature branding line.

7. Do the signatures activated with Tier 3 (Agency Hub) include direct links to the customers' pages?
Yes, the signatures activated with Tier 3 include direct links to the customers' pages.

8. Do Tier 1 and Tier 2 allow to segmentize signatures into companies/groups?

Tier 1 and Tier 2 plans clients can't segmentize signatures into companies/groups.

9. Do Tier 1 and Tier 2 allow to invite employees so they could help with signatures management
Clients on Tier 1 and Tier 2 plans can't invite employees so that they can help with the signatures management. Still, they can use Connect member option and invite their teammates to manage and install their signatures themselves (check our article on how to assign signature to a member for more details).

10. Does Tier 3 allow inviting clients to the account so they can manage their signatures themselves?
Yes, with Tier 3, you can invite your clients to your Agency Hub account so they can manage their signatures. Please have a look at our article on how to allow your customers to manage their signatures created in Agency Hub for more details.

11. Does Tier 3 (Agency Hub) includes a Gmail extension?
No, the Tier 3 plan doesn't include a Gmail extension.

12. Does Tier 1 and 2 allow my employees to manage and install signatures themselves?
Yes, with Tier 1 and Tier 2, you can invite your employees as members and allow them to manage and install signatures. For more details, please check our article on how to assign signature to member.

13. Can I upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2?

You can upgrade your Tier 1 to Tier 2 from your AppSumo account. Please follow this article on how to upgrade your license for more details. Or you can contact the AppSumo Support team at [email protected] if you need help.

14. Can I upgrade from Tier 1 or 2 to Tier 3?

Yes, you can. To upgrade your license tier, please follow this article on how to upgrade your license or contact the AppSumo Support team at [email protected] for more details.

15. Can I downgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 1?
Yes, you can downgrade your Tier 2 to Tier 1 plan. To downgrade, you can just follow this article on how to upgrade your license or contact the AppSumo Support team at [email protected] for more details.
Note: If you downgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 1, all your last signatures created with Tier 2 will be deleted.


16. Can I downgrade from Tier 3 to Tier 1 or 2?
You can downgrade your Tier 3 to Tier 1 or Tier 2 plan. To downgrade, you can just follow this article on how to upgrade your license or contact the AppSumo Support team at [email protected] for more details.

Note: Your account in Agency Hub will be blocked but not deleted, and your admins' access will be blocked.

17. If I already have a free account with MySignature, can I purchase an Appsumo deal?
Yes, you can, but you must delete your free account first, and then you can purchase an AppSumo deal.

18. ​​If I already have a paid account with MySignature, can I purchase an Appsumo deal?

No, you cannot. An AppSumo deal is available for new users only.

19. Can I sign up using my social media profiles?
Unfortunately, you cannot sign up with your social media profiles.

20. Can I get a refund for my AppSumo purchase?

Yes, you can. Please submit a refund request to the AppSumo team by contacting them at [email protected].

21. Can I cancel my account in MySignature?You can cancel your MySignature account by deleting it from the Account Settings. Please feel free to reach us here if you would love to share feedback on why you have decided to delete your account. We value the comments of every user as they help us improve!

22. Will I get support after purchasing Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3?
