Note: Make sure you use Google Chrome or Firefox during installation.

Create your email signature on MySignature.io and follow these simple steps to install it in Thunderbird:

Step 1.
After creating your email signature, click Save signature button under the signature preview.

Or, if you have saved your signature, find your signature on the Dashboard and click Install button.

Step 2.
Select the Source code in the list of email clients and click Copy source code button.

Step 3.

Open Postbox Inbox and select Tools from your top menu, then pull down to Options.

Under the Accounts tab, select Identity, then click the Edit button next to the Signature.

Note: If you have multiple email accounts set up, make sure that you are working with the email account to which you want to apply the signature.

Give your signature a name, click </> button, and paste the copied source code of the signature into the edit box (Ctrl + V on Windows or Command + V on Mac).

Click OK twice to go back to your Postbox main screen.

Finally, go to the Main menu > File > New > Message to create a new email from your Postbox to see your branded and professional email signature in action.
