A CNAME (or Canonical Name) allows you to point one domain or subdomain to another domain name. This means you can update one A Record whenever you change, regardless of how many Host Records need to resolve to that IP address.

To add CNAME to your hosting provider, One.com, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your one.com Control Panel.

2. Click DNS settings on the Advanced settings tile.

3. Go to DNS records.

4. Under create new record, click CNAME and enter the following details:

  • Hostname (the subdomain (required) that will become the alias, for example, www., blog, etc.)

  • Is an alias of (add cname.mysignature.io - exactly as written)

  • TTL (optionally. If you leave it empty, it will use the default time of 3600 seconds)

5. Click Create record to save your settings.

You can also follow this detailed guide from One.com here.

If you've followed these steps and are still having trouble with your custom domain, please take a screenshot of your current DNS setup and the CNAME record setup and email it to our Support Team via live chat or at [email protected]. We will gladly help!
