With MySignature, you can add Zoom or other video conferences to the email signature. Please follow the below step-by-step guide on how to do that:

Step 1.

You can find the Addons tab on the left-hand side of the editor.

Step 2.

Click Video conference addon.

Step 3.

Click Zoom button or any available video conferences button from the list to choose it.

Step 4.

You can enter the Button text you would like to have in your signature and enter the Zoom conference URL.

Step 5.

Choose the shape, height, and padding top of your video conferences button.

Step 6.

You can choose default colors for your Zoom button by selecting Default colors.

Or, unselect Default colors and change the Button color and Text color.

Or, you can use your HEX color code if necessary.

Step 7.

Save the changes by clicking Save signature.
