How to add a banner to your signature?

Before you upload your banner to MySignature, please read our image recommendations below:

  • you can upload any banner size, but please keep the ratio 1:5 or 1:6;

  • it's strongly recommended to use a high-quality image;

  • the image's resolution should be divisible by 2, 5, and 10. For example, 1000x200 px;

  • advisable PNG format.

Then please follow these steps:

Step 1.

From the Signature editor, open the Images tab.

Step 2.

Go to the Banner section in the Images tab. Then, choose between two options:

  1. Design on Canva option helps you to create your own banner image under your Canva account and apply it to your email signature;
    ​

  2. Upload or choose from our gallery option β€” you can choose the banner from our gallery or your banner image file from your device.
    ​

Note: Choosing or uploading a new banner will update the current one in new and sent messages as well. If you use Outlook, please re-install the signature.

Step 3.

Choose the size and radius (shape) for your banner. Then click Apply button.

Step 4.

Next, choose the location for your banner relative to addons (e.g., above or below the addons), change the banner width, and add a link to your banner through the Add link field. Next, click Save signature to save all updates.
