Need help getting what you need? There are different options you can use for contacting our Customer Support team:

Option 1: Use an online chat

You can go to the MySignature website and find a Chat icon at the bottom right corner. By clicking on the icon, a chat window will be opened.

Here, you are welcome to search for an answer to your question; if you can't find what you're looking for after searching our Help Center, you can start a conversation with our Support team by clicking live chat button. It is the best way to reach out to our team if you have any urgent questions.

Option 2: Use a Contact Us form

If you prefer communicating via email, you are welcome to submit a request directly to [email protected] or use a Contact us form. While using this option, please fill every field with all possible details from your end; it will help us better understand and find the best way to move forward with your request.

Option 3: Visit our Knowledge Base to find a reply to your question

If our Support team isn't available when you submit your request, you are welcome to use our Knowledge Base.
