If you leave your current company or switch positions, and from now on, the email signatures project and management of your subscription with MySignature is no longer your responsibility, please ask your colleague to substitute you with this.

Here are two ways to proceed:

1. Share the link to the login page and account credentials with your colleague and ask your colleague to update your account information with the new one by going to Account Settings and changing the Name, Email, and Password. You can share this guide on how to update the account/contact information with your colleague.

2. Go to Account Settings > then in the Profile tab, change your Name, Email, and Password to your colleague's information and share them with a new responsible person.

If your email address is used for payment processing and will be deactivated once you leave or are no longer responsible for this project, please get in touch with us at [email protected] to assist you with updating your billing information.
