How to update your account/contact information?

In case your account/contact information changes or you need to reassign the account to a new responsible person for email signatures in your company, please take the following steps:

Step 1.

Go to your Account Settings.

Step 2.

Then, you will be in the Profile tab; go to the User details section > click Pen icon to change your Name or Email. Then, click Save changes.

Step 3.

Go to the Password section and click pen icon to change the account password. Then, enter your new password, repeat it, and click Save changes button. Share a new password with your colleague if you share an account with them.

Note: You can also share the forgot password link with your colleague so the new responsible person can reset it.

Step 4.

To save all changes, remember to click Save changes to save all changes or click Cancel to decline them.
