1. Is the tracker feature available for Pro plans?

No, you must upgrade your plan to ProPlus or Professional to use our Email Tracking feature.

2. Can I use a browser other than Chrome to install the extension and turn on the Tracker feature?
The extension can only be installed from the Chrome Web Store and used in Chrome.

3. How can I check the email opens and clicks?
You can track the email opens and clicks in your Gmail Sent folder. All you need to do is open the Sent folder in your Gmail, move the mouse cursor to the email you are interested in, hover over the extension icon near that email in the sent emails list, and check the email status.

4. What email statuses does the tracker show?
Our email tracker shows the following statuses:

5. How does email open tracking work?

When the user clicks send, we trigger our system to parse all email body, find URLs, and add an invisible pixel to the end of the email. Then, the user sends an email; we add a unique invisible pixel to the email body every time. At the moment the recipient opens the email, this pixel is downloaded. Finally, our server gets a response about the action and sends information to the extension that the email has been opened.

6. Does the tracker work if the recipient opens the letters in a different mail client than Gmail?
Yes, it does. However, this depends on which email client your recipient uses to open the email and whether that email client does not cache images. If the picture is cached, opening the letter may not work correctly.

7. How do link clicks work?

When the user sends an email, we cover their links in the email body with our links. Our unique link covers each link in the email body so we can understand what link has been clicked. When the recipients click the link, they go through our link and, in milliseconds, are redirected to the destination URL. When they go through our link, we register what link they clicked and register it in our system as a link click. We use 301 redirects.

8. Is there a way to track which person I emailed and which links they clicked on?
It's impossible to see which person you emailed clicks on your links.

9. Does the tracker work for emails users do not send immediately but snooze for a specific time?

The snoozed emails can't be tracked, but we plan to add this option soon.
