1. Can I use another browser than Chrome to install the extension?
No, the extension can only be installed from the Chrome Web Store and used in the Chrome browser.

2. What credentials should I use to sign in to the extension?
You should use your MySignature account credentials to sign in to the extension.

3. What if I have several Gmail accounts but use MySignature with one of them?
A signature will be added only to the authorized account.

4. Is the signature automatically added to Gmail settings?
A signature is not added to the Gmail settings. The extension adds it to the email body when you compose an email.

5. Is there a possibility of accessing the MS dashboard from the extension?
Yes, from the extension, you can quickly access your MS dashboard

6. Does the email in my signature have to be identical to the email in my MySignature account to pull the signature into the mail?
Yes, the e-mail in the signature you installed via the extension must be identical to your MySignature account email and your Google account from which you send emails.

7. Can I connect a few signatures to the extension?
For now, you can add only one signature to one extension, but if you want to add a few signatures to different Google accounts, you can use the Connect member option. For more details on how this option works, please check this guide.

8. Does the extension work with aliases?
At the moment, the extension doesn't work with aliases. You can only add the signature to your general Google account or different Google accounts with the help of the Connect member option (here are more details on how this option works).

9. What happens if I have priorly installed a signature in Gmail’s signature settings using the Copy to clipboard option?
Your Gmail emails will have a signature installed through the extension, not the one that was added using the Copy to clipboard option. When the extension is turned on, it overrides the signature from the settings.

10. Is an extension available for one-time plan users?
Yes, as well as for the free users. But One-time and 1 signature subscription plans don't include the feature invite members, so you will not be able to send the signature to someone else for installation using the extension.

11. What if I created a signature as a one-time plan or free user and wanted to send the signature for installation using the extension to anyone else?
You can use the Send by email option.

12. Will the signature installed using the extension be updated in the email after I edit it in the MySignature dashboard?
Yes, right after you edit your signature on the dashboard, it will be automatically updated in your emails. But if you still see the old information after updating it, make sure your browser doesn't save the old data by clearing the cache in your Chrome.

13. What access does our extension have? (Privacy Policy)
"Tabs" - Gives your extension access to privileged fields of the Tab objects used by several APIs, including chrome.tabs and chrome.windows. In many circumstances, your extension will not need to declare the "tabs" permission to make use of these APIs. "Storage" - Gives your extension access to chrome.storage API. https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/mv3/declare_permissions/

14. How can I disconnect the extension from the signature?
You can disconnect the extension from the signature by deleting the signature in the dashboard.

15. Can I turn off the extension in Chrome without uninstalling it?
Yes, you can turn off the extension in Chrome by clicking the extension icon and turning it off.

16. What happens when the account is terminated?
Images are blocked, and the MySignature branding line is added. Members' signatures are also blocked.
