1). Will I get lifetime access to MySignature?

Yes, you will have lifetime access to the MySignature services. Additionally, you receive all future updates to the MySignature Professional (Tier 1 and Tier 2) and Agencies Hub / Reseller + MySignature Professional (Tier 3) plans. This ensures that all Sumo-lings will get any new features released under these plans for free.

2). Will I have full access to the features that MySignature ever offers?

Yes, you will get full access to the features offered by MySignature.

3). What is the main difference between Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3?

Tier 1 and Tier 2 (MySignature Professional) are for personal use, while Tier 3 (Agencies Hub / Reseller + MySignature Professional) caters to resellers/agencies managing company signatures.

4). What does 'professional plus agency hub' mean on Tier 3? Do I get both?
With the Tier 3 plan, you can access two different services: MySignature Professional and Agency Hub.

5). Does the Tier 1 and Tier 2 tracker feature work in browsers other than Chrome and email services other than Gmail?

No, the tracker is exclusive to Chrome and Gmail.

6). Does the Tier 3 tracker feature work in browsers other than Chrome and email services other than Gmail?

No, the tracker is exclusive to Chrome and Gmail.

7). Does Tier 3 include tracking of email opens and clicks?

Yes, clients with Tier 3 can access email opens and clicks tracking through the MySignature Chrome extension.

8). Do the signatures activated with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 include branding from MySignature?

Signatures activated with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 don't include the MySignature branding line.

9). Do the signatures activated with Tier 3 include direct links to the customers' pages?

Yes, the signatures activated with Tier 3 include direct links to the customers' pages.

10). Do Tiers 1 and Tier 2 allow for segmenting signatures into companies/groups?

MySignature Professional's Tiers 1 and 2 do not support segmenting signatures into companies/groups.

11). Are Tier 1 and Tier 2 plans allowed to invite employees so they can help with signatures management?

Clients with Tier 1 and Tier 2 plans can't invite their employees to account to help manage signatures. However, they can use the Connect member option and invite their teammates to become members of their account and manage and install their signatures themselves (check our article on how to connect a signature to a member for more details).

12). Does Tier 3 allow inviting employees so they can help with signatures management?

Yes, Tier 3 clients can invite their employees to help with signature management using the Connect member option in MySignature (check our article on how to connect a signature to a member for more details) or invite their teammates to manage their signatures in Agency Hub (check our article on how to invite your team to manage the client's signatures in Agency Hub for more details).

13). Does the Tier 3 plan allow customers to be invited to the account to manage their signatures themselves?

14). Do Tier 1 and 2 plans allow inviting employees to manage and install signatures themselves?

Yes, with Tier 1 and Tier 2 plans, you can invite your employees as members and allow them to manage and install signatures. For more details, please check our article on how to invite a member.

15). Is the MySignature white-labeled?

MySignature is not currently white-labeled, but you can add your vote for this one to our feature form.

16). Can I add CNAME to my signatures with the Tier 1 or 2 plan?

Adding CNAME is not included in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 plan, but you can activate this feature with a one-time plan purchase. If interested, please contact our Support team for more details here.

17). Can I add CNAME to my signatures with the Tier 3 plan?

Yes, with Tier 3, you can add your CNAME/custom subdomain to your signatures using the custom domain feature. For more details, please check our guide on how to add your custom domain to your signature.

18). Can I add a CNAME to MyPage?

You can't apply a CNAME to MyPage right now. Currently, custom domains are only available for signatures. However, we plan to introduce the custom domain feature for MyPage in 2025. This will enable you to set up the CNAME for your web pages.

19). Can I upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2?

You can upgrade your Tier 1 to Tier 2 license through your AppSumo account. For more details, please follow this article on how to upgrade your license or contact the AppSumo Support team at [email protected].

20). Can I upgrade from Tier 1 or 2 to Tier 3?

Yes, you can upgrade your license tier by following this article on how to upgrade your license or contact the AppSumo Support team at [email protected] for more details.

21). Can I downgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 1?

Yes, you can downgrade your Tier 2 to Tier 1 plan within the 60-day window of your purchase by following this article on how to upgrade your license or contact the AppSumo Support team at [email protected] for more details.

Note: If you downgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 1, all your last signatures created with Tier 2 will be removed.

22). Can I downgrade from Tier 3 to Tier 1 or 2?

You can downgrade your Tier 3 to Tier 1 or Tier 2 plan within the 60-day window of your purchase. To downgrade, please follow this article on how to upgrade your license or contact the AppSumo Support team at [email protected] for more details.

Note: Your account in Agency Hub will be blocked but not deleted, and your admins' access will be blocked.

23). If I already have a free account with MySignature, can I purchase an Appsumo deal?

You can purchase an AppSumo deal if you delete your free account first.

24). ​​If I already have a paid account with MySignature, can I purchase an Appsumo deal?

No, AppSumo deals are for new users only.

25). Can I sign up using my social media profiles?

Unfortunately, signing up with social media profiles is not supported.

26). Can I get a refund for my AppSumo purchase?

Yes, refunds can be requested by contacting the AppSumo team at [email protected].

27). Сan I cancel my account in MySignature?

You can cancel your account through Account Settings, and we appreciate feedback on account deletion. Please share your feedback on why you deleted your account with us here. We value every user's comments, as they help us improve!

28). Will I get support after purchasing Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3?

Customer support is available post-purchase; additional information can be found in the Knowledge Base.

29). Is the Google Workspace Integration feature included in tier plans?
No, the LTD tier plans do not include integration with Google Workspace. This feature is a part of our Teams service, which becomes available through a separate subscription plan with us. For further information, please get in touch with our Support team here.

30). Is the Office 365 Integration feature included in tier plans?
No, the LTD tier plans do not include integration with Office 365. Our team is also working on implementing this feature, and the estimated completion date is 2025.
