If you care about the environment—and you definitely should—you can ask your recipients to conserve paper and avoid printing out your emails.
Just add a green message add-on to your signature by following these steps:
Step 1.
Click Add-ons tab in the signature editor.
Step 2.
Choose the Green message from the list of available add-ons.
Step 3.
Please choose the icons for your green message or set it to none.
Step 4.
You can choose a type of green message from a drop-down list—one of the ready ones or one with your custom text.
Step 5.
Choose a font size for your green message from the drop-down list.
Step 6.
Click Save signature button to save all changes.
