1. Can I add my custom font?
The use of custom fonts is currently limited by devices on which the email client/app is installed/used. Every device has a pre-installed font selection, mainly based on its operating system.

We advise using web-safe fonts to ensure your signature is displayed the same way in different e-mail clients. Web-safe fonts appear across all operating systems. They’re a small collection of fonts that overlap from Windows to Mac to Google (even Unix or Linux ones).

In the MySignature generator, we have gathered web-safe fonts that work perfectly on all devices. However, the custom font you use is not always downloaded on your end-user's machine, so a fall-back font should be applied. Also, your signature should look at least similar to the font in which the email is written. It is critical in business communication.

Please make sure the size of the GIF is up to 2 MB. This limit is set to prevent weighing down email downloading speed.

5. Can I import my own HTML signature template?

MySignature signatures are generated with the help of HTML coding. However, importing your own HTML signature template to our Signature Generator is impossible.

As a solution, we offer our users an extra service like Custom template design if our default templates don’t suit their needs. We need assistance from our technicians, who will develop and test the template for all email clients. As this takes the time and efforts of our colleagues, this service is paid additionally.

Please don't hesitate to contact our support team; we'll be glad to reproduce your design so it suits your business needs.
