1. Can I create a free MyPage?
Yes, you can create a single MyPage for free, but it comes with limited features and a MySignature branding line.
2. Can I create more than one MyPage?
Yes, you can create multiple MyPages after upgrading your MySignature plan to include 2, 3, 4, 5 users, etc. All your pages can be viewed and managed from the page's dashboard.
3. What is the recommended size for the image?
We recommend uploading an image with a size of 3-5 Mb.
4. How can I add handwritten elements (e.g., Title, Bio, etc.) to MyPage?
Unfortunately, the MyPage editor does not have a handwritten feature. However, you can add a sign-off add-on to your signature, take a screenshot, and upload your picture as an Image in the Profile tab.
5. Can I add my custom font?
No, you can't. Currently, the MyPage generator allows you to choose any font from Google Fonts that are available on our list.
6. Can I assign MyPage to a member?
Yes, you can assign a MyPage to a member by granting them specific rights, such as the ability to create, edit, publish/unpublish, or delete a MyPage. You can assign MyPage to a member from the page's dashboard or the Member list option.
7. Can I download a QR code of MyPage?
Yes, you can download a QR code of MyPage in PNG or SVG format.
8. What's happening with MyPage when I remove it from a dashboard?
When you remove a page from a dashboard, it will no longer be visible or accessible to anyone with access to that page. This means that any information on the removed page will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Additionally, if the page was connected to a member, it will also be removed from their dashboard.
