Note: Make sure you use either Google Chrome or Firefox during the installation process.

Now Gmail lets you create and use multiple signatures in your email. Multiple signatures give you the flexibility to use different signatures for different situations, such as:

  • Communicating across teams, organizations, or products

  • Communicating across languages

  • Using different default signatures for new emails and replies, and more.

Step 1.

Open the Gmail mailbox. Look at the top right corner of the Gmail page and click a gear icon. Then click See all settings button.

Step 2.

After being forwarded to the General tab, please scroll down until you see the Signature section and click + Create New to create a new signature.

Step 3.
Give a name
to your email signature and click Create.

Step 4.

If you Paste signature into the signature box using either Right-Click, then Paste, or CTRL +V shortcut. Optional: Check the box to "Insert the signature before the quoted text".

Step 5.

Once your Gmail signature is ready, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.

Step 6.
Go to Inbox, and open a new message window by clicking Compose button to check if your signature shows up correctly.

Use the Pen icon to select different Gmail email signatures depending on the situation (if you created more than one email signature).

Now you can repeat this procedure as many times as you need. Once all your signatures have been prepared, you can select one of them each time you compose a new email message.
