Note: Make sure you use Chrome or Mozilla Firefox during the installation process.

Create your email signature on MySignature.io and follow these simple steps to install it in the Outlook 365 app with Classic View on Windows.

Step 1.

After creating your email signature, click Save signature button under the signature preview.

Or, if you have saved your signature, find your signature on the Dashboard and click Install button.

Step 2.

Select the Outlook icon in the list of email clients, then click Copy to clipboard button.

Step 3.

Open the Outlook desktop application on your computer or laptop. Then, click New Email button in the top-left-hand corner.

Step 4.

Click the Signature button.

Step 5.

Then select Signatures in the dropdown menu.

Step 6.

Create a New Signature and give it a name.

Step 7.

Right-click the edit Signature box and choose the Keep Source Formatting paste option.

Note: If you paste your signature directly into a new email (for example, to send it to a user with your own instruction), please make sure you choose the paste option "Keep source formatting."

Step 8.

Choose which account you want to use the signature for, and by default, select your signature for all New Messages or Replies/Forwards. Then, click OK to save the changes.

Step 9.

Compose a New Email to see your new email signature in action.

Congratulations! Now, you will see your new signature in every email you send with Outlook.
