Note: Ensure you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser during installation.

Now, please follow these steps to install your Teams' signature in Outlook with Classic view on Windows manually:

Step 1.
Open the email received from your account owner and click Get your signature button.

Step 2.

Select the Outlook icon in the list of email clients, then click Copy to clipboard button.

Step 3.

Open Outlook on a Windows PC or laptop and click the New Email button in the top-left-hand corner.

Step 4.
Next, click the Signature button and select Signatures in the dropdown menu.

Step 5.

Then, create a New Signature and give it a name.

Step 6.
Paste the copied signature using the keyboard combination CTRL + V to Signatures Settings and click Save button.

Step 7.

Select your signature for all New Messages or Replies/Forwards by default.

Note: If you wish to avoid having your signature appear in new messages or replies/forwards, choose (none).

Step 8.

Click Save button to save all changes and return to your message.

Note: Outlook doesn't add your new signature to the message you opened, even if you choose to apply the signature to all new messages. You'll have to add the signature to this one message manually. All future messages will have the signature added automatically. To add the signature manually, select Signatures from the Message menu and then pick the signature you just created.

Step 9.

Close the Settings window and create a new email from your Outlook 365 with New View inbox to see your branded and professional email signature in action.

Congratulations! Now, you will see your new signature in every email you send with New Outlook.
