Note: Make sure you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox during installation.

After, watch our installation video guide for Outlook.com / Office 365 provided below:

Or follow these simple steps:

Step 1.
After creating your email signature, click Save signature button under the signature preview.

Or, if you have saved your signature, find your signature on the Dashboard and click Install button.

Step 2.

Select the Outlook.com / Office 365 icon in the list of email clients, then click Copy to clipboard button.

Step 3.
Open your browser and log in to Outlook.com.

Step 4.
Open Quick settings and choose View all Outlook settings at the bottom.

Step 5.
Settings will open up in the Mail tab (which we need). Then go to Compose and reply. The signature section will be right there.

Step 6.
Paste your signature
into the signature section using the keyboard combination CTRL + V (for Windows) or Cmd + V (for Mac).

Note: Please put the tick in two options to ensure your signature will show up in your composed/forwarded/replied emails, and choose HTML format for writing new messages.

Note: If you paste your signature directly into a new email (for example, to send it to a user with your own instruction), please make sure you choose the paste option "Keep source formatting."

Step 7.
Save changes by clicking Save button. Then, close the settings window.

Step 8.
Compose a new email and see what the signature looks like there.

Viola! Now, your Outlook.com email signature will appear in every new email, reply, or forward message you compose.
