Note: Ensure you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser during installation.

Now, please follow these steps to install your Teams' signature in Outlook with Classic view on Windows manually:

Step 1.
Open the email received from your account owner and click Get your signature button.

Step 2.

Select the Outlook icon in the list of email clients, then click Copy to clipboard button.

Step 3.

Open your browser and log in to Outlook.com.

Step 4.
Click the Gear icon on the right side of the page, go to Mail > Compose and reply. The signature section will be right there.

Step 5.
Paste your signature
into the signature section using the keyboard combination CTRL + V (for Windows) or Cmd + V (for Mac).

Note: By default, select your signature for all New Messages or Replies/Forwards and choose HTML format for writing new messages.

Step 6.
Save changes by clicking Save button. Then, close the settings window.

Step 7.
Compose a new email and see what the signature looks like there.

Viola! Now, your Outlook.com email signature will appear in every new email, reply, or forward message you compose.
