How to install a signature in Outlook on Mac?

Or take these steps:

Step 1.

After creating your email signature, click Save signature button under the signature preview.


Or, if you have saved your signature, find your signature on the Dashboard and click Install button.


Step 2.

Select the Outlook icon in the list of email clients, then click Copy to clipboard button.


Step 3.

Open the Outlook application on a Mac or MacBook. Then click New Email button in the top left-hand corner. Go to Message tab > Signature > Edit Signatures.


Step 4.

Please create a new signature by clicking + button and giving it a name.

Step 5.

Paste your signature into the Edit Signature box (Control+Click or Command+V).
Click Clipboard that popped up at the bottom of the pasted signature, then select the Keep Source Formatting option.


Step 6.

Set the signature as default for new messages.


Step 7.

Compose a New Email to see your new email signature in action.

Congratulations! Starting from this moment, your signature will be added to each new email you send with Outlook for Mac.
