Note: Make sure you use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox during installation.

Unfortunately, despite its good points, the Safari browser does not copy the HTML code correctly. This will disrupt your signature after pasting.

Now, please follow these steps to install your Teams' signature to Outlook on Mac manually:

Step 1.
Open the email received from your account owner and click Get your signature button.

Step 2.

Select the Outlook icon in the list of email clients, then click Copy to clipboard button.

Step 3.

Open Outlook on a Mac or MacBook and click New Email button in the top left-hand corner. Then, go to the Message tab > Signature > Edit Signatures.

Step 4.

Please create a new signature by clicking + button and giving it a name.

Step 5.

Paste your signature into the Edit Signature box (Control+Click or Command+V).
Click Clipboard that popped up at the bottom of the pasted signature, then select the Keep Source Formatting option.

Step 6.

Set the signature as default for new messages.

Step 7.

Compose a New Email to see your new email signature in action.

Congratulations! Your signature will now appear in each new email you send with Outlook on Mac.
