How to install signature in Outlook app on iPhone/iPad?

Please ensure your Outlook app version is 4.8.1 or higher and you use Chrome or Firefox browser during installation.

Then, you can create your email signature on MySignature.io and follow these simple steps to install it in the Outlook app on your iPhone or iPad.

After creating your email signature from your iPhone/iPad, click Save signature.


Step 1.
Next, click Copy to clipboard button.

Step 1a.
Open the Outlook app on your iPhone/iPad and tap your account icon from the top left.

Step 1b.
Tap the Settings gear icon on the bottom left of the menu.

Step 1c.
When you’re in the Settings menu, tap on the Signature section.

Step 1d.
Press and hold over the email signature area; paste your HTML signature there.

Note: You can add one signature to all your email accounts in Outlook or turn on Per Account Signature and it to exact email accounts.


Or, if you opened your MySignature Dashboard on your PC/laptop, Mac/MacBook, please follow these steps:

Step 2a.
Click Install button, go to the iPhone/iPad tab, and click Scan QR to install the signature.

Step 2b.
Next, scan the QR code with your QR reader installed on your iPhone/iPad.

Step 2c.
You will be redirected to your QR reader menu; click on the signature preview page to open it on your iPhone/iPad.

Step 2d.
Click Copy to clipboard button.

Step 2e.
Open the Outlook app on your iPhone/iPad and tap your account icon from the top left.

Step 2f.
Tap the Settings gear icon on the bottom left of the menu.

Step 2g.
When you’re in the Settings menu, tap on the Signature section.

Step 2h.
Press and hold over the email signature area; paste your HTML signature there.

Note: You can add one signature to all your email accounts in Outlook or turn on Per Account Signature and it to exact email accounts.

Click back and close out the settings window.

Voila! Your new email signature is installed. Please test it out by composing a new email to ensure it works.
