How to install a signature in the Mail app on iPhone/iPad?

To install your email signature in the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Select the Signature and add it to your device.

If are on your iPhone or iPad, open the signature preview link on your iPhone or iPad, go to the iPhone / iPad tab and click the Copy to Clipboard.

  • Go to iPhone/iPad Settings, scroll down to Mail, then click Signature in the Composing section.

  • Tap and hold the signature box and Paste your Signature. It can be the same for all accounts or per account.

  • Shake your phone physically, then tap Undo to return the formatting on your signature.


    Note: If you've turned off the Shake to Undo functionality on your device, you can re-enable it by going to Settings App > Accessibility > Touch > Shake to Undo.

  • Close Settings.

Or, if you opened your MySignature Dashboard on your PC/laptop, Mac/MacBook, Scan the QR code:

  • Click Install button, go to the iPhone/iPad tab, and click Scan QR to install the signature.

  • Scan the QR code with the QR reader installed on your iPhone/iPad.

  • You will be redirected to your QR reader menu; click on the signature preview page to open it on your iPhone/iPad.

  • Next, click Copy to clipboard button.

  • ​Go to iPhone/iPad Settings, scroll down to Mail, then click Signature in the Composing section.

  • Tap and hold the signature box, then Paste your Signature. It can be the same for all accounts or per account.

  • Shake your phone physically, then tap Undo to return the formatting on your signature.



    Note: If you've turned off the Shake to Undo functionality on your device, you can re-enable it by going to Settings App > Accessibility > Touch > Shake to Undo.

  • Close Settings.

Step 2. Finalize and Test.

You can close the signature settings window and compose a new email in the Mail app to see your branded and professional email signature in action.
