Note: Make sure you use Google Chrome or Firefox during installation.
Then create your email signature on MySignature.io and follow this guide to install it on your iPhone/iPad.
After creating your email signature from your iPhone/iPad, click Save signature.
Step 1.
Next, click Copy to clipboard button.
Step 1a.
Go to Spark app > click Main Menu > Settings > scroll down to General section > click Signatures.
Step 1b.
Next, please make sure Use Email Signatures is turned ON and only then click Add signature button.
Step 1c.
Tap on the empty Signature box > click Paste.
Step 1d.
If you copied your signature by clicking Copy to clipboard, paste the copied signature into the Signature box and choose a Default email account to which it should be added.
Or, if you copied the source code of your signature, click HTML button on the top right corner and paste the source code of the signature into the Signature box.
Note: If you paste the source code to the Signature box, click the HTML button once again to preview your email signature.
Or, if you opened your MySignature Dashboard on your PC/laptop, Mac/MacBook, Scan the QR code:
Step 2.
Click Install button, go to the iPhone/iPad tab, and click Scan QR to install the signature.
Step 2a.
Next, scan the QR code with your QR reader installed on your iPhone/iPad.
Step 2b.
You will be redirected to your QR reader menu; click on the signature preview page to open it on your iPhone/iPad.
Step 2c.
Click Copy to clipboard button and repeat Steps 3a - 6a.
Please go ahead and return to your Spark inbox and compose a new message to see your signature in action.
