After you import and add users to MySignature, the last and most crucial step is to deploy a signature template from the Segment for users.

Step 1.
From the Segments tab, tap on a segment; you want to deploy a signature template for users to open it.
Step 2.
Click Deploy all button.
Step 3.
After some time, a signature template is successfully deployed for your GW users, and you will see the following system message:
Note: Deploying the signatures may take up to 24 hours.
After deploying the MySignature signature template, it will replace/rewrite the user's signature in Google Workspace.
