After you import and add users to MySignature, the last and most crucial step is to deploy a signature template from the Segment for users.

Please follow the steps on how to deploy a signature template for your Microsoft 365 users provided below:

​Step 1.
​From the Segments tab, tap on a segment; you want to deploy a signature template for users to open it.

​Step 2.
​Click Deploy all button.
​

​​​Step 3.
After some time, a signature template is successfully deployed for your GW users, and you will see the following system message:

Note: After deploying the MySignature signature template, it will replace/rewrite the user's signature in Microsoft 365.
