1. Can I create a free Online Card?
Yes, you can create a single Online Card for free, but it comes with limited features and a MySignature branding line.
2. Can I create more than one Online Card?
Yes, you can create multiple Online Card after upgrading your MySignature plan to include 2, 3, 4, 5 users, etc. All your cards can be viewed and managed from the Business Cards’ dashboard.
3. What is the recommended size for the image?
We recommend uploading an image with a size of 3-5 Mb.
4. How can I add handwritten elements (e.g., Title, Bio, etc.) to Online Card?
Unfortunately, the Online Card editor does not have a handwritten feature. However, you can add a sign-off add-on to your signature, take a screenshot, and upload your picture as an Image in the Details tab.
5. Can I add my custom font?
No, you can't. Currently, the Online card generator allows you to choose any font from Google Fonts that are available on our list.
6. Can I add embed code to Online card?
You can add embed code to your card using the Embed code block.
7. Can I add color and style to my Embed code block?
You can add color and style to your Embed code block in the Embed block styles section in the Blocks design tab.
8. Can I assign Online card to a member?
Yes, you can assign an Online card to a member by granting them specific rights, such as the ability to create, edit, publish/unpublish, or delete an Online card. You can assign Online card to a member from the Business Cards’ dashboard or the Member list option.
9. Can I download a QR code of Online card?
Yes, you can download a QR code of Online card in PNG or SVG format.
10. What's happening with Online Card when I remove it from a dashboard?
When you remove a card from a dashboard, it will no longer be visible or accessible to anyone with access to that card. This means that any information on the removed card will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Additionally, if the card was connected to a member, it will also be removed from their dashboard.
