Note: Make sure you are connected to Microsoft 365 integration in the Integrations tab.

Before importing your Microsoft 365 users to Teams, please ensure your Microsoft Entra ID attributes match the MySignature User Profile:

Once you have checked the matching of each attribute, you can import new users in the Users tab by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1.
Open the Users tab.

Step 2.
Click Import new users button to import your Google Workspace users to MySignature.

Step 3.
Select your Microsoft Entra ID Groups or specific users to import and click Review button.

Note: We identify and import unique users even if they belong to multiple groups.
If a user belongs to more than one group, she or he must be selected in all groups.

Step 4.

Review selected users to import the ones who need signatures and click Import user button.

Note: Importing the users from your Microsoft Entra ID may take some time.

Step 5.
After a while, you will see a system notification that the users from the selected group have been imported from your Microsoft Entra ID, and they will become visible in the Users tab.

If you want to remove the user, hover over a user, check it, and click Delete.

Note: Your data is not automatically imported to your Teams Microsoft 365 Integration account from your Microsoft 365 Entra ID. So, if you change anything in your Microsoft 365 Entra ID, please go to your Teams account, click Import new users, then go to Segment and Deploy all.

As the next step, we recommend following our guide on how to add users to a segment.
