A default banner will be applied back to the signatures.
2. Can I have several banner campaigns applied to the same segment simultaneously?
No, only one banner can be simultaneously applied to one segment.
3. Is it necessary to re-deploy the signatures after the banner campaign is launched?
No, the banner set via the Banner Campaign is automatically updated on the installed signatures.
4. Are there any banner recommendations?
We recommend keeping the ratio 1:5 or 1:6. Additionally, it is strongly recommended to use a high-quality image, and more importantly - the image's resolution should be divisible by 2, 5, and 10. For example, banners from the gallery are 1000x200 px.
Advisable PNG format. Animated GIFs are supported as well, but please make sure the size of the GIF is up to 5 MB.
5. What banner will be displayed in the thread once the campaign is over?
A default banner will be displayed in the thread when the campaign is over.
6. What happens if I delete a segment with an active campaign?
If it was the only segment, the campaign would stop and become Completed. If any other segments remain, the campaign continues to work there.
7. Can I edit an active campaign?
No. You can only stop or duplicate it. Editing is available only for Scheduled campaigns.
8. What happens if I stop a campaign?
It ends immediately, status changes to Completed, and the end date updates to today.
9. What happens if my segment has errors?
Segments with issues appear with error statuses. Hover for details or click to fix the segment.
