You have installed your signature to Mac (Apple) Mail, but the formatting is changed, right?

In most cases, the created design keeps being changed once it's copied into the email preferences on the Mac because of the following reasons:

1). It is copied using the Safari browser.
Unfortunately, despite all its good sides, the Safari browser does not copy the HTML code correctly. This will make your signature look disrupted after pasting.
So, we recommend opening the MySignature website to copy the signature for further installation by using Chrome or Mozilla.

2). Some part of the previous signature code is still in the signature settings of Mac (Apple) Mail.
We recommend making sure there is no previous code by removing your current installed signature completely from the signature box in your Mac (Apple) Mail (click Cmd+A to select all its body and Delete it completely). Then reinstall your new signature.

3). Your Mac (Apple) Mail is not set up correctly.
Please ensure the following:

  • The setting "Always match my default message font" is not selected. Please paste in your signature only after this option has been unchecked.

  • Also, please check your Composing setting to ensure the Rich Text option is selected and your Viewing settings to ensure your Mac Mail (Apple Mail) is set to Load remote content in messages. This will make sure all images load in your emails.
