Email signatures allow recipients to know your preferred name for addressing. You can let the recipient know which pronouns to use when addressing you by including your pronoun near your name in your email signature.
Here are a few simple steps to add a pronoun to your email signature:
Step 1.
In the General tab in the signature editor, find the Pronoun field.
Step 2.
Add your pronoun to this field.
Step 3.
Click Save signature button to save the changes.
